Cancellation Policy - Cancellation without penalty possible within 24 hours prior to arrival. Late cancellation or no-show first night charge.
Extra beds - in some rooms you can add a bed: (recommended for children up to 16 years) Euro 20,00 per night.  Free cot with children's beds up to 2 years .
Children - free if they sleep in bed with their parents.

Nb. The Municipality of Varese since 31/12/2017, has established the residence tax, for non-residents who stay overnight in the Municipality of Varese. The rate paid by the customer is equal to 2.00 euros per night up to 7 nights, a special receipt will be issued or written in the invoice / receipt of the overnight stay.
